Strength

Empirical Fitness will redefine what strength feels like for you. Be prepared to perfect your squats, bench presses, and deadlifts while also accessing power in new ways, via new motions. We love to see people hit a new PR, but we also love to see people challenge themselves in new ranges of motion in addition to the weight of the load being lifted.

Mobility

At Empirical Fitness, mobility refers to ranges, positions, and joint angles that a person can access. The fitness professionals here consider it their responsibility to create workout programs that help clients increase mobility, thereby increasing both physical strength and quality of life.

Conditioning

So you want to be strong, but how long are you really able to exert the power you're using? At Empirical Fitness, conditioning is a big part of what it means to be fit and in shape. We will make sure that you're not only able to move a certain amount of weight but that you're able to do it repeatedly, consistently, and with good form over a period of time.
